Curious???

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Cattleya. She was only the child of the family. Fortunately, she belongs to a famous and wealthy family. Not that long ago, she was excited about life. So many choices! Why not try them all and then decide? She wasn't akid anymore, but still there was plenty of time left.

After all, it was her life, wasn't it? And she would experiment it. She got new friends, did things she was curious about, that she never tried before.

And so she did. It was fun and even more exciting  than she had imagined. Even the "cover ups" in front of her family and her old friends provided a thrill. Then one night she went to a party wherein she did things she couldn't quite remember. Everything was a blur out of control. The last thing she recalled was holding on a wall and sinking into a corner.
The next morning Cattleya found out herself on a strange mattress, her rumpled clothes saturated with smell of bear and smoke from last night’s party. Her head was hurt and she felt so powerless alone and lost.
It wasn’t to be like this and it definitely wasn’t fun anymore. But it had been her choice. She had no one else to blame but herself.

Reflection:
The lesson and choices of being in curiosity is certainly one of the important things a person can make. In every aspects of life, the freedom will give you the intuition to go and do. Why don’t you try to yourself sometimes not to be a slave of your emotions? And let your mind capture the good things. Just like the personality it was. You don’t have enough experiences to conquer the flow of life and don’t let yourself go beyond your limitations just for your curiosity. Control it as you respect yourself and irradiate the good responses.

" The Nanking Store" is the story which I like most because in this story we can get moral lesson which is really applicable to our real life situation and there are many people who can relate this story especially those couple who couldn't conceive a child in the long run of their marriage. The passage of the story is all about "How Linda and Peter handle a serious problem about their marriage specifically of not having a child. In the first part of the story, it is described that their marriage is full of love, care, chase of each other and full of  joy until such time that they found out that there is something wrong about their marriage because one of them cannot conceive a child. So this is the start of the Calvary of Linda wherein she is being maltreated by her mother in law because the parents of Peter was afraid that Peter couldn't conceive a child because it is very  important for them to have a grandson for the reason that Peter is the only son of the family.

Time will come Peter find another woman and he has a relationship to the prostitute  and they have a son. At first the prostitute  perceived by the community as a "bad woman" and later on she has been accepted by the community as well as by the family of Peter. Then one day  Peter suffered in a car accident and this is the reason of his death. After a couple of years, after the death of Peter,  Linda went to Manila and few years later she go back to Cebu  and she got pregnant and the father of her baby is her driver.

What I like most  of this story is the moral lesson we can get from  the selection because it is somehow related of committing to a married life. This story is serve as our guide of choosing a right partner for the future. From this story, I realized that married life is not just easy as anyone thinks. As a youth, we should put in our minds that  one secrets of having a harmonious relationship with  our partner for the future is the acceptance and it is also important  to remain honest and loyal   to them for whatever happen.
